Back at work Phew - I can hardly believe this now but 4 weeks ago I was admitted to hospital. I was discharged and spent the most part of a month recovering at home. I stayed away from the web, from blogs, from email. I got to know daytime tv really well, and was able to give my dvd player a good workout. I see that Geoff Appleby put forward a few suggestions for house bound geeks - thanks Geoff, i actually did watch my recently acquired Star Wars Trilogy , as well as the Matrix series! While I was offline, I received lots of notes of support and encouragement from many many people - it was tremendous, and I thank them all.
